The Hobbit Hole IV – The Road Goes Ever On…
Posted on 08/04/2003 9:43:18 AM PDT by HairOfTheDog
Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
The Road Goes Ever On
The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

Love Must Be Tough. Actually, the main thing is that she needs to be convinced that she has to stand up to this guy for her son NOW. if not sooner. Of course there is always the risk of losing custody. That's the hard part. Knowing if you do what's right - what it may cost. That's where the prayers become critical too!
You're right about somebody beating the snot out of the guy. I have never doubted that I am truly blessed because I've got some of the best friends who are men in the world. Any of whom would perform that service for me. Course it's been pointed out to me that my male friends have scared away many a potential date.... but I figure if a guy doesn't have the cojones to face a talk with Benny and Clifford I wouldn't wanna date him anyway! LOL

Yup! I got the first set of transcripts collected today... sigh, at $5 a pop for two pieces of paper, that's ridiculous.

Need me to send you a "Don't Mess With Texas" sticker? I sent one to Tom to stick on some vehicle in Baghdad. :-)LOL That would be a sight on the back of an M1A from Ft. Hood.

Mine has one for the college, too, but that's just a parking permit.I have a Starfleet Academy faculty parking permit. Might actually put on the car sometime too.

I can't find my photo of Tom where he's all alone. All the ones I can locate tonight either have Jill or Abby in them. So, I'm just posting the one that I like the best of him.
Tom and Abby, August 2000
Did ya'll notice that perfect little redheaded girl he's holding! :-D

I recently learned my alma matter stopped charging for transcripts in 1999. Must have been just AFTER the last time I requested one.

What'd be cool is to see one plastered on a vehicle in a AP photo sent round the world.
