Just came across screen that the Dixie Chicks concert at Gund arena is cancelled. Amazing isn't it that they cancelled one hour before curtain? What do you think?

It now says details on 11 o"clock news.
Something extra interesting is that on the radio today I heard this announcement: " Due to a stage configuration change, there are now seats available for tonights Dixie Chicks concert at the Gund Arena"

A credible terrorist threat against the concert, maybe. Or maybe an accident. Or maybe sales so dismal they were ashamed to go on? Even though I don't like em, I hope it wasn't a threat or accident. Bad attendance sort of appeals to me though.

From the Gund Arena website:
Due to the illness of one of the girls and doctor's orders, tonight's Dixie Chicks concert has been re-scheduled for June 11th.
The girls want to express their deepest apologies.
Tickets for the June 1st performance will be valid for the June 11th date.

. . .and open seating now available. . .
Well hope it is their ticket sales. . .or lack thereof that has this cancelled.
They so deserve it.
