We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!

Yesterday was highlighted by the largest number of sorties flown by Allied aircraft since the start of the war - 1,800. Many of these missions were directed against Fedeyeen Saddam, Presidential Palaces, and Republican Guard units in and around Baghdad.
Iraq reportedly fired two missiles at the Kurdish capital of Salahad Din; both missed their intended targets.
Saddam and his sons appeared on Iraqi TV in a tape the Iraqi state-run network says is "new."
Coalition forces have fired more than 8,000 precision-guided munitions into Iraq--3,000 of them in just the last three days.
Kuwati officials said a Patriot missile was fired yesterday, but it did not make contact with any incoming missile.
A Navy S-3B Viking malfunctioned on the Constellation and slid off the flight deck into the Persian Gulf. Both pilots were rescued.
A US Marine shot and killed an Iraqi POW after the latter had rushed the American and tried to commandeer a weapon.
The Red Cross has met with Iraqi POWs and intends to hold more meetings this week.
Five Iraqi recruits from south Iraq, who apparently didn't get the word Iraq is on the verge of winning the war, surrendered in northern Iraq. They said there were many more who want to surrender, but won't because of the regime's death squads.
Iraqi Republican Guards have holed up in two cities south of Baghdad in the hopes of luring American forces into urban combat.
Three days after starting a $1.5 billion drive for food aid to Iraq, the World Food Program has already collected $300 million.
A pipeline has started to deliver fresh water from Kuwait to Umm Qasr.
Peter Arnett has been hired by the very ultra radical left-wing hate-everyting-that-is-western Daily Mirror out of London.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the world, North Korea fired an anti-ship missile, Japan reported. No further details, other than a report this has been typical North Korean behavior of late, were available.
And always remember not to let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!

Call me an April Fool, but last week when I found out that we were not going to have to pay over $600 in taxes and instead were getting $480 back, I was almost that excited.

Mallard is right, though. Why do we get so excited just to get our money back which we didn't owe them in the first place?

Sorry Chair, that can't be right. Hans Blix would have told us if they had these weapons.

Reports on the live thread this morning that Baghdad Bob, the black-bereted information minister, quoted a famous American author who opposes the war. Who was that famous author?

I just read that by David Limbaugh. Good article.
Yesterday Rush was kind of talking about how little he cared about the media's antics and fully expected it, but at least one caller seriously thought that at least Peter Arnett's antics could cost American lives.
I agree. I can't just laugh off the irresponsibility of the media. They look like fools, but enough people believe them, people you and I don't associate with or think like, and that leads to consequences that make our military's job harder and endangers lives.

Hey, you're not going to any Final Four games, are you? What do you think of the remaining field? I had Arizona as my top seed, but now I'll be pulling for Kansas. Kind of thinking an all Big-12 final is in store.
