Can any of the Drudgies who jumped my case about my saying Drudge is self-hype...Why did Drudge plaster his website with Oprah and her show today then yank it??
This isn't the first time he has tryed this ploy, It's an old Drudge tactic

Also seems like 50% of his news is coming from the Washington Post .I am getting tired of the info. pop up you have to fill in before the article . I don't even do it anymore.

I like Drudge's site... it's almost as fast as FR when it comes to breaking news updates. He's a news / politics junkie like the rest of us. Here's an idea, start your own site that tries to get the latest news, rumors, etc. and I'll quickly add you to my list of favorite place for up to the minute information... Don't hate the Playa' Hate the Game! :-P

That is one of Drudges little ploys to get hits on his website. He is well aware that many Freepers watch his website. If he can spin the siren about something in a matter of seconds, it will be posted on this forum.

This is very series indeed. My guess is that Oprah dialed up Drudge's phone number and told him to take it down immediately so that it doesn't "tarnish" her "illustrious" image. Fact is Oprah is as big a liberal as they come. If she did in fact do this, I would have told her to get lost and show a little support for your country, you big cow.

Drudge has always been a hero here at FR, since he broke the Lewinsky story.
He has posted dozens of rumors as fact since then, . People here will always defend him.
