RETR Command did not succeed. Mail server responded. Unable to open that message.
HELP!!! This is the message I am receiving when trying to open my email. I know that I have 43 messages waiting, but I can't open the first email, and therefore I can't open anything following it.
I wrote to tech support, but of course I won't be able to get theor emails response. I am using Netscape for my email.
I did a google for this RETR, but everything is in geek speak and I have no idea how to fix this problem.
Can anyone out in freeperland please help?

Dump Netscape, for avoidance of future problems. Current problems,,I dunno.

See if you can get to your email box thru:
http://www.mail2web.com
If you can, then you should be able to read and/or delete the first message.

I use
http://www.mailwasher.net
This downloades the email into its program. you can preview your email, mark as friend, bounce back to the sender the spam (makes it look like your email is not active so they will take you off their mailing lists), it can detect viruses too.
As you can tell, I am a fan!! Try it, you will probably like it too.

Use some email service like www.fastmail.fm or yahoo. They are web based so you don't have to mess with settings. Just fire up the browser.
