These people are despicable. Read it and weep.
Anti-war Protestors Trash 9/11 Memorial.
The anti-war protestors are not patriotic. Many of these groups are backed by communist front groups, and are anti-american and anti-captitalism, not anti-war. They are looking for any excuse to agitate. They are vowing to disrupt business the first business day after the bombs start dropping in Iraq. They say they will block bridges and toll booths, banks, large offices such as the Pyramid building in San Francisco, etc. to prevent people from going to work. That should get interesting. I wonder if people will just sit back and take, grumbling, or if some will fight back.

In case you were wondering....it's quite comfortable in bed on winter evenings here. I know you have been studying the third world a lot, being from Georgia and all that, but up here we have this nice invention called central heating.
Yes, this has been a particularly hard winter here.....but hey...we can handle it, we're tough. And as you drift into the sweltering heat of summer, I will be reminding you of how nice it is in the Northern climes, frolicking on a beach that actually has nice hills, dunes, and beautiful vegetation, rather than that flat, hot, dirty, chad-filled, Florida feeling.
So...go ahead and rub it in....but remember the wheel is turning.....
