BB King was just asked about political comments during the war and he said "I think that there are going to be alot of things said tonight that I don't agree with."
Way to go B.B!

No problem. I try to avoid nit-picking but something just came over me. LOL.
Boerne, er NW San Antonio, is getting to be quite popular these days.
To: RummyChick
I watch the Sopranos on DVD, so I'm a couple of seasons behind. Why do you ask? Did he guest star in an episode?
To: cajungirl
How much better is Bruce Springsteen than every one else on this show tonight?
10,000,000,000 times
To: behicks; weegee
Yes, that was definitely Nils to our left, Bruce's right. He was next to Clarence Clemons at the end.
weegee - you know why the Garage is taped tonight - Steven's at the Grammys with Bruce.

Yeah, what's with the "Dead Prez" shirt?
To: Recovering_Democrat
I was wondering about the "dead prex" shirt myself.
To: torchthemummy
huh. That's weird. Long as I can remember the ones who performed get all the awards they were nominated for.
To: ohiobushman
allright - unlike liberals - i'll admit when I'm wrong (course what else can i do)
To: ohiobushman
I remember when B.B. sang at the Republican convention in '96 (or maybe it was '92). He took heat for it, but didn't care. Gotta love him.
To: Slyfox
We were in the Philippines when Elvis died and when I told my housegirl, we both sat down and cried for most of the afternoon. I never was a screaming, sqirming fan, but I liked his music and his character.
To: Gunder
He's a regular. He's Silvio Dante. (And I think that's his real-life wife who plays his wife on the show.)
To: rocky88
Do a search on him here on FR. Plenty of info about his peacenick leanings. BTW, "Born in the USA" wasn't meant to be the patriotic song that everyone has taken it to be.
To: Plainsman
Dead Prez is some lame-o rap group that is the flavor of the month among the trendoids...
