I saw the interview on Fox tonite and when the lawyer was asked about a pending law suit there was all the hedging. I feel badly for the girl and her family. On the tv it was said that because of the girl's condition even if she had had a successful transplant, her outcome was grim. Makes me kinda wonder why the doctors gave the family some sort of false hope in this case. And so what if some private group paid for the hospital care etc....that outfit should be looked at for sponsoring Illegals in the first place. Perhaps if the family had come to the country under the proper procedures this would not have happened. I don't think a family who broke the law coming into this country, sad as the situation is, should now go back to Mexico with sums f rom a law suit. That said..the hospital needs to be accountable...maybe lose the ability to do such a surgery since they can't mangage to do it correctly.
