Yikes! About ten years ago, I took a few summer courses in London. I tend to be claustrophic, and nothing used to bring it on more than crowded tubes. I can't even imagine what "dangerous overcrowding" would be to experience!

That mail truck thing turned out to be a serious thing. I would have loved to had been there, biggest rush one can get (as a policeman). I watched all the new fangled equipment they have now we didn't have when I was policeman. That little maching on tracks, just send it up to the mail turck window, take a cell phone, man, that is something. Here is what it would have been like when I was policeing. You called Officer Jimmy over and tell him to get on his skates, hget a hard hat, get a megaphone, skate up to the truck, give them a can with a string in it, take the other can to the Chief and give him 3 minutes to come out or else. Oh my, how times have changed.

Oh darn, d just called, invited me down to get some 'healthy food' for supper which means no salt, goodness knows what it will be but will have chinken and some kind of bland veggie so, it is off to 'get surprised'. God love her, she really watches out for me.
