That mail truck thing turned out to be a serious thing. I would have loved to had been there, biggest rush one can get (as a policeman). I watched all the new fangled equipment they have now we didn't have when I was policeman. That little maching on tracks, just send it up to the mail turck window, take a cell phone, man, that is something. Here is what it would have been like when I was policeing. You called Officer Jimmy over and tell him to get on his skates, hget a hard hat, get a megaphone, skate up to the truck, give them a can with a string in it, take the other can to the Chief and give him 3 minutes to come out or else. Oh my, how times have changed.

Just had to tell somebody what I got in the mail today!

Cindy McCain sent me (and tons of other Arizonans I'm sure) an invitation to John McCain's 20th Anniversary Celebration on February 20th. "For 20 years, John McCain has represented the people of Arizona in Washington, D.C...." yada, yada, blah, blah, barf, barf!!!

Tickets are ONLY $1000! But of course I could also send whatever I can afford and my name will be printed in a special leather-bound album that will be presented to the Senator.

Guess the "Friends of John McCain" needs to upgrade its mailing list - LOL!!!

But seriously, I would guess this means he's running for something in 2004...
