I need to read what's allowed and what's not allowed. I'd only use 2% on cereal. I really don't like milk...

You really need to get used to thinking in terms of total grams of carbohydrates consumed per day, rather than what foods are allowed or not allowed. Cereals, breads, grains, flour, sugar, and a few other things are all high in carbohydrates and should probably be avoided altogether, at least for the induction phase.

Meat, eggs, seafood, and cheese are all practically free of carbohydrates. There is absolutely NO reason to go hungry on this diet. If you are, you're probably doing something wrong.

Fruits are high enough in carbs to warrant avoiding them altogether for the first two weeks and then minimally after that. Vegetables vary, but in general you won't be having more than one or two servings of vegetables per day in the first two weeks.

Forget about the cereal and 2% milk for breakfast. Why not go for ham and eggs instead?
