Here's a startMr. M. and I highly recommend that you buy his book The New Diet Revolution. I bought it in paperback at Wal-Mart.
Stay away from anything labeled lowfat. Use cream instead of milk, eat green veggies, meat..eggs...whole milk cheeses, real butter....no bread/cracker/bakery-type products or pasta..no margarine.
Let me check out a few more sites.

Another good site with a carb counterI think the goal for the induction stage is to have 20 total carbs or less per day. Not sure if that is the correct number.
BTW, Molly, how is your husband doing?
