"[President Bush] is from West Texas. When you see a rattlesnake on a trail, you pull out that gun, and you go boom, bam. You do not assemble a coalition to discuss the rattlesnake" - Sam Donaldson Sam, Sam, Sam... you don't need to be from West Texas to know that! Duh!

I did not know Melanie was Tippi's daughter!Well, she certainly didn't inherit Tippi's polish.

LOL! I've stopped critiquing AP captions, there are so many bad ones. What no editors at the AP?
Watching President Bush? His tie looks like a blouse I have.

That must be why I didn't see the resemblance. :-)

I dare you to explain this mess! ;-)

Okay, these are insane asylum escapees with cross hairs on their chests.

Finally, what the world has been waiting for..............Fashions for Triplets.

I love The Guild!
So the stolen postal truck is actually a hi-jacking (a female postal worker is driving) and the freak is stopping to talk to people on the street as they go along. Oy vey!

Northern Italy and Switzerland are must sees.
Nice thinking on the letters to our allies.
I'll see if they don't have websites with contact info.

Another example of, "Just because you can, doesn't mean that you should."
How embarrassing for CPAC.
It really doesn't create the right message about conservatives, does it?

The plus and minus wear remind me of a home pregnancy test.
Do these creations come with scissors to separate them when they reach full term? They don't look quite done yet.

Good news!
Where is a list of the first eight countries to sign on with us? I can't find the thread, and I surely cannot remember them all.
Back after more laundry. ;-)

I'm not the only one who saw the umbilical cord metaphor, though just what is the connection, beats me! Prolly some arch feminist message of "ties" to patriarchy, and bondage to hyper capitalism....all for a very reasonable $3000 a pop ;-)

It's one thing to be a redneck in the privacy of your own outhouse, but another when the VP of the US comes to an event you attend. This Freeper ought to print up stickers saying "Goober Alert".

US Satellites show nuclear power rods being moved in North Korea.

I was going to say that the bumper stickers on display in that photo look like something from certain whackjob web sites affectionately known as LF or LP, but remembered how both are mostly anti-Israel, pro-Palestinians. So I'll just say they look like something Robert C. Byrd's compatriots might appreciate.
I'm back from the workplace, where we lost all online capabilities, so I'll get cracking on that new thread.
Hasta pasta (in honor of Italy).
