Thanks for the link. Some operations are destined for off-shore contracting. Some should be kept in house. P&G has the North America IT help desk operations call center in Costa Rica.... the language barrier is a big problem.

Not sure what the conversation is about...but....

I couldn't agree less. I work with some people that match up to what you say, but they'e always been around. There are a lot of others that are as good as they get. I see and work with them all the time.

That second bunch keeps us all going.
