What a way to start the New Year 38sw - In a Lawyer's office. lol (pst I'm married to one and work in one) that's what that means. btw. I thought you said your realtor was a real dynamo!!???

Our lawyer is a real dynamo, but the listing realtor is not. The people who sold the house weren't really interested in fixing things, and our realtor made sure that the things we knew about were eithe fixed, or that money was held in escrow to do repairs. She will help me should the former owners not pay up, and I have to take them to court. It would be small claims court, because we're looking at around $3500 total.

LOL btw yesterday, was the day EVERYBODY was supposed to at least enter and "Intent to Register" their firearms - instead there is a demonstration with guns outside of Parliament today and there were signs all over my small city saying : Gun Control = People Control - BUY A GUN!! Fofl and also everybody is jamming the 1-800 phone line. So you see, some Canuks aren't pushovers. The Government is outright lying to say that 5.5 million people just registered!! bullsheet!!

I hear you. It is sorta straightening out everyone's priorities isn't it? I think the high life is over for a bit!! I know it is for us - economy hasn't been good for 10 years here - we had a Labour Party in Power in B.C. for 10 years and they literally took B.C. from being the #1economic Province to one above the bottom!! We have not dug out yet. In fact, 9/11 even cost 100 thousand jobs in Canada. By population it was a huge set back. Lots of unemployment too.
