Good Morning to you Early Birds. I'm still working on my first cup of coffee. I am going to finish "Undecorating for Christmas" today. I have most of it done, but I'm needing help from someone with a strong back to carry the stuff to the basement for storage.

I will ply "him" with freshly baked cinnamon rolls this morning, and the dirty deed will be done by 9:00 am.

I woke up this morning with muscle spasms in my shoulder. Couldn't go back to sleep. I am thinking I'll need a nap early this afternoon.

We are taking our tree down today. Still have one decorated outside though. We'll leave the lights on it for awhile yet.

I suffer from all sorts of muscle related maladys. Standing in a hot shower and stretching them out really helps me. Different remedys help different problems.
