We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
Good morning!! Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
Henry Kissinger, appointed recently to head the "9/11 Commission," resigned from that position, citing conflicts of interest.
Mary Matalin, VP Cheney's PR strategist, is leaving the White House to spend more time with her family. The Pravda still couldn't avoid a dig, saying the Vice President had "unusal influence inside the White House." Shouldn't a VP have a high level of influence? Come on!
And the CIA believes fully 1/3 of the pre-war leadership of Al Qa'eda has now been killed or captured.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

My sister calls Cassie the coon hound "Cassie Bumpass."
Very appropriate, especially since she ate a whole pecan pie over Thanksgiving. LOL!

Hi!
Things went very well. The program lasted an hour and 10 minutes, then we had punch & cookies in the parlor.
I was going to go to "Messiah" tonight, but I am sooooooooooooo tired......I think I'll just spend a quiet evening at home.
We just ordered reubens & accoutrements from the corner deli. After that it's bubble time........then maybe a Christmas movie or two.:)
To: MozartLover
That sounds like a lovely evening ...... enjoy!

Oops!!! I thought you wanted to ignore me!
Hey, did you ever see the commercial in which a husband and wife are at a piano recital, and it's their daughter's turn, and, much to the wife's horror but to the delight of the husband, instead of playing her planne piece, the daughter starts playing the arena organist's 'charge' theme???
(The wife leans over and asks, 'What is THAT????' and he says, 'Ummm, I kinda taught her something new this morning....')
Every piano teacher's nightmare!!!

(Don't feel bad -- I am driving Nita crazy here, too...It's just a talent, I guess ;-)

BTW I use that theme in the little musical I'm playing for based on Aesop's fables; during the race between the tortoise and the hare, the actors get the kids to cheer for the tortoise; and I play the "Da-da-da-DA-da-DA!" thingie, and all the kids yell "CHARGE!!!!" It sounds pretty cool, because I use a digital keyboard and hit the "organ" button; Sounds pretty authentic.:)
I also used it last month when I played for the "Damn Yankees" musical, at the end of the overture.

To: Mr. Mulliner
Kind folks, I have had a tough day with all that is going on with my house, think I shall depart and prone this ole body for some much needed relaxation. Night, night, don't let the bed bugs bite.
