Your second link is to a summons, not a subpoena (at least that would be the appropriate terminology in my State). It merely notifies a defendant that they have an obligation to answer a complaint, and are subject to default if they do not do so.
The complaint looks like it may have been filed. But reading it shows that the plaintiff is certifiably looney.
This should be paid no media attention whatsoever.
To: moyden
And don't you think that if there was ANYTHING to this suit, the media would have been on it like white on rice?
To: moyden
Complete and total nutcase. It reminds of the time some looney came into our law office, wanting to sue the federal government because they were allowing aliens -- the outer space kind -- to follow him and conduct tests on him in his sleep.

After looking at the signature the question is not if this is a hoax or not but can this person read and write.
To: moyden
Look at that signature....it is the signature of someone who is flashy and self-absorbed....just screams "look at me".

Fort Bend County Clerk:
mailto:wilsondh@co.for-bend.tx.us
Notice that the email addy site is co.for-bend.tx.us.
The suit page is listed as ccweb.co.fort-bend.tx.us
Something is fishy here...
To: moyden
Google and fifteen other search engines turn up absolutely NOTHING under "Margie Schoedinger". This is most likely a hoax.
To: moyden
Hoax? Nutcase? If you have read the suit, you don't need to ask. At least you have included the only two categories that need to be addressed.
To: moyden
Was this filed along side RUSH IS GAY......nice to see what happens when people go off their meds, isnt' it!
To: moyden
My guess is that since the President doesn't do anything to merit scandal, some lowlife is trying to manufacture one out of whole cloth.
To: moyden
If all of you will return to the .pdf files and read the diagonal wording you will clearly see the words, "Unofficial Document."
To: moyden
You've GOT to be kidding
Why do you need to get the Secret Service to drug some, obviously, crazy for you when you're married to someone like this?
To: moyden
Where exactly is the link to the "Fort Bend County web page"
All I find up there are three links to PDF files.

"Plaintiff is a resident of Fort Bend County Texas residing at 10422 Village Lake Drive, Missouri City, Fort Bent County, Texas." The above is from the Plaintiff's Original Petition, page I. I have little or no legal knowledge and have no idea if it even matters if a legal document contains misspelled words. I just wonder if there is, in fact, a Fort Bend and a Fort Bent....or does it matter?
To: moyden
It's a legit filing. The "unofficial" part is a standard overlay for these types of documents that are provided over the web.
I called the county. It's their site.
To: moyden
Thanks. I needed a good laugh.
