Your second link is to a summons, not a subpoena (at least that would be the appropriate terminology in my State). It merely notifies a defendant that they have an obligation to answer a complaint, and are subject to default if they do not do so.

The complaint looks like it may have been filed. But reading it shows that the plaintiff is certifiably looney.

This should be paid no media attention whatsoever.

Anyone may sue anyone for anything real or imagined. Will the suit get past summary dismissal? I sincerely doubt it.
