This isn't the Fort Bend county web page--the name is close, but no cigar.

This doesn't look like it to me either, although the subdivision and towns mentioned are in Ft. Bend County. I've just e-mailed the County Judge, who is a friend of mine, for clarification.

It reminds of the time some looney came into our law office, wanting to sue the federal government because they were allowing aliens -- the outer space kind -- to follow him and conduct tests on him in his sleep.

We had one where the aliens were directing mind control waves through the walls into her brain which controlled her every thought & movement. Alas, this control didn't extend to preventing her from coming into the office & describing said mind control waves to me in great detail.

The above is from the Plaintiff's Original Petition, page I. I have little or no legal knowledge and have no idea if it even matters if a legal document contains misspelled words. I just wonder if there is, in fact, a Fort Bend and a Fort Bent....or does it matter?
