Oh! Now discussing Atkins diet....researchers say it is safe for more study but cannot yet broadly recommend it ....Over other diets, tho, dieters lost weight faster, and lowered cholesterol.

That reminds me so much of about a year ago when I finally decided to try to lose weight and went running. I came back exhausted and started to feel kind of feverish before I went to bed. That was the beginning of my Dengue fever.

My youngest daughter went to the doctor today and was put on antibiotics for a deep cough she's had for a few days. My wife has been down, but went back to work today.

I'm having troubles of my own, a very discouraging day at work and I can't think of a way to get out of going back there tomorrow.

Pinch me...I must be dreaming.....Tonight on NBC News with Brokaw the last segment was about Atkin's diet. I was amazed at how much praise it got.

Multitudes swear by the high-fat, low-carbohydrate Atkins diet, and now a carefully controlled study backs them up: Low-carb may actually take off more weight than low-fat and may be surprisingly better for cholesterol, too.
