Mr.M, remember yesterday I told you my legs were sore from walking? Right after I told you that that soreness started going all over my boby. I have a old fashion dose of the flu and feel terrible.

Thank you kind lady, I need all the papering I can get, believe me. d has been fixen me my meals but can't eat, everything taste so bland. IF I was a drinking man I would get a glass of whiskey and put about a 1/4 spoon of it after warming the whiskey and get rid of it. I am scared if I do and get a little high the Lord will call the rapture and ain't no way in the world could I explain that to him.

Ohhhh gc.....the flu is yukky!
I had it 23 years ago.....but started taking flu shots on a regular basis.

Next year, take your flu shot.

The ONLY thing you can & should do is rest, rest, rest!!!

Lots of liquids---don't dehydrate!....and aspirin, and vicks on your chest!

My mama always put vicks on my chest, and then a compress over it to keep it covered.

A vaporizer might help too.

And young or older......it will take time to recover.

Don't be surprised if your body is very very tired.....and slow to get energy.

This too shall pass.
