The ACLU has hired Bob Barr and Dick Armey as consultants. Could they have possibly stumbled over the second amendment and decided to defend it?
Barr is still on the board of the NRA.

Can't you use one of those little Direct TV dishes to get all the home sports channels?

We have two sat. prviders down here...Direct TV and SkyTV...Direct TV does have the NFL games on, but no direct feeds from the alphabet channels...ESPN and Fox. but no college games. I got so mad at Direct TV last year, because they constantly screwed up the NFL feed, I quit the A-holes. I actually called their Santiago office and told them if they didn't have their junk out of the house in two days I was going to throw it in the street. Unfortunatel, this is the type of reaction they fully understand.

They would broadcast games and when they ended in a tie and went into overtime...blank screen. I would call the idiots and raise holy....and occasionally the game would come back on my TV. EVERY Sunday I had to call the office and blabber away in SpangLish and threaten the idiots to get the games we were paying for. The sweet wifey was afraid I would find a gun and head for the DTV studio, so she said "no more" when we moved north. Because of the time difference, you are on winter and we are on summer, the Sunday and Monday night games come on so late, I have given up on the whole thing. Anywhich, I'm up in the altitude again and can't make sense of anything anyway... Cheers G. B

Have made an interesting career discovery...become attached to a mine that is closing...everyone is looking for jobs and if you can hang on long enough....you become the boss. Wish I would have figured this out 15-years ago.

Hi Valerie,
The little woman, (boss) arrives on Sunday at 1:21.5 pm. She is currently on her way to Dallas...then on to Santiago, then to La Serena. (Coquimbo on the earthquake map).

The maid will be most happy...she says I do a pretty malo job with the shopping...go figure.

What great lion pix...you must have hung around the enclosure for quite awhile to get those really good photos.
