In order that we might all raise the level of discourse and expand our language abilities, here is the daily post of word for the day. Rules: Everyone must leave a post using the word of the day; in a sentence. The sentence must, in some way, relate to the news of the day. The Review threads are linked for your edification. ;-) Practice makes perfect.....post on....

I do believe that you're skirting the issue, which is a man and his hemline. Now, if dubya wants to wear a kilted skirt, it really is up to him/her.
All I ask is that he cover up those dang ugly knees.

I do believe that you're skirting the issue, which is a man and his hemline. Actually I am on a tangential issue. (You'll still find those who decry the sight of women playing bagpipes, marching around in men's kilts.)
Whether dubya wears kilted skirts, or any other kind of skirts, I canna say.

I thought all kilts were him'ed, by definition.
Or was that,
"All kilts were 'Hmmmn. (I've always wondered.')"
"All kilts weren't worn"?
"All skills were learned"?
"All skillets were licked'?
