I do believe that you're skirting the issue, which is a man and his hemline. Now, if dubya wants to wear a kilted skirt, it really is up to him/her.
All I ask is that he cover up those dang ugly knees.

I do believe that you're skirting the issue, which is a man and his hemline. Actually I am on a tangential issue. (You'll still find those who decry the sight of women playing bagpipes, marching around in men's kilts.)
Whether dubya wears kilted skirts, or any other kind of skirts, I canna say.
