Totally off the subject, but I'm wondering if any of you have a favorite casserole or two. We are having a "Casserole" shower for a friend that is due with her second boy next month, and all she wanted was food so she wouldn't have to cook. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. I thought about making my famous bread pudding, but I wanted a main dish as well.
