AMERICA - The Right Way!! (Day 653) [Remember the Trade Center!!]

We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail! [President Bush]

Good morning!! Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our Freedom, die in vain!!

Yesterday, a 7.9 magnitude quake struck Alaska, south of Fairbanks. The quake was felt as far away as New Orleans. Only one injury has been reported. The Alaska Pipeline is intact, but shut down this morning. Some support structures are broken about 50 miles south of Delta. Damage exists on the Alaska Highway. There is also some damage to the Parks Highway, as shown in the following photo:

Zogby has Jeb Bush with a 15-point lead going into the last day before the election.

Mondale still leads Coleman, but only by 5 percentage points.

Carnahan and Talent are tied in the Zogby poll, both at 46%.

The New York Times is conceding the Republicans will likely make gains in the House.

And authorities are investigating whether a shooting in Clinton, Maryland, was related to the sniper. While previously not believing that to be the case as it didn't fit the MO - the victim was shot several times at close range, but still managed to survive, authorities are taking another look because a laptop computer owned by the victim was among the items recovered from the sniper's car.

For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

That grit pack on his knee worked didn't it. Old trick used down here, warm grits on bumps and scrapes, works every time.

Welllllll, I got a call from our President too, and Roomey got a call from his mother to BE SURE AND VOTE!

I got a call from Phil Gramm about 3 weeks ago, so when he came to our little town, I went over to him and told him I'd received his phone call, and "I loved him too". You should have seen a couple of mouths drop open. Roomey loved it, and so did Sen Gramm.

I think that if the vote tomorrow results in an evenly divided Senate, then Chafee from R.I. will turn rat. Any other margin then zero or one will keep him in place.

That's okay, she's not alone.

You may be right about the grits; he did go back home to Hattiesburg for part of his rehab.:)

Mondale's constitutionaly "Mother's right to abort", phffft.
It's to bad his mother didn't have a "constitutional" right to remove her tumor. UGh! those abortion people make the hair on the back of my neck stand up.

Dear ATRWers, lurkers, FRiends...we would like to propose that today at 5 p.m. ET, we all take a few moments to join in prayer together ...if you are able, and so-minded...

for enlightened voters whose minds and hearts are opened to embrace just decisions...

for a turning away from fraud & election abuse...

for a true path for our wonderful, beloved country.

AND while we are together in prayer, please be mindful of Bev's surgery later this week and dear illstillbe, as well as kassie's mother-in-law ....

You do not have to be here on ATRW ...... just pray wherever you are ..... but posted prayers are most welcome.

"And I hope that someday your children and grandchildren will tell of the time that a certain president came to town at the end of a long journey and asked their parents and grandparents to join him in setting America on the course to the new millennium -- and that a century of peace, prosperity, opportunity, and hope followed. So, if I could ask you just one last time: Tomorrow, when mountains greet the dawn, would you go out there and win one for the Gipper?" --Ronald Reagan
