oh Mo, I sure needed that. I have been tearing my hair out over this G**D($N outlook express/internt explorer. I updated my earthlink account from the 5.0 to the new Total Access 2003 and now I have the mother of all messes on my hands. All the profiles are fouled up..cant get the earthlink formats and the Outlook express hits me with error messages until I am nearly mad. I 'd like to push the puter out the window and down two flights only we have a one level house..Anyone got any ideas apart from talking to the earthlink techies..I have been on the phone with them for 3 days and still nothing works right and I don't even think they all agree on how to solve a problem. Where is Ratty when you need him???????? Can you tell I am frustrated?
