Ok, it's mostly a bunch of scientific statistic crap. But it's still a good excuse to try on your significant other. ;-)

Talk about having a firm grasp of the obvious...

This explains Rosie O'Donnell if nothing else.

I've always believed (and observations of my wife support this) that women who routinely have sex are happier and better adjusted. Never considered the condom question.

Follow-up study using larger group of students! Planning an orgy?

Bang list seem appropriate?

maybe the girls who aren't using condoms are more likely to be in serious committed relationships than the girls who use condoms?
To: Pern
The study reported that while 28.9 percent of women who usually use condoms have attempted suicide, only 7.4 percent who use them sometimes and 4.5 percent of sexually active women who never use condoms have attempted suicide. Do these numbers seem incredibly high to anyone? Are women constantly trying to kill themselves?

Talk about having a firm grasp of the obvious... Firm grasp of SOMETHING, anyway.

Did I miss it, or did they fail to specify whether this orally or otherwise. Hey, I'm just asking. Could explain a lot at my house.
To: Pern
Yep, there's nothing like an unwanted pregnancy, STD, or AIDS to pump up one's mental attitude! This alone would explain the reason the book was called "The Happy Hooker".
If these college girls are happier without a condom, it must be a result of the drugs or booze they used before sex--or they somehow think that "no condom" means that their partners must "really like" them.

I recall the Reader's Digest had a note about a study of whether more cheerful women had more children than less cheerful women (however they phrased it exactly). The title of the note was,
"Oh, Come On Now!"

Uh-huh, there's nothing like a pearl necklace to cheer a girl up.
Richard Simmons, BTW, always seems pretty happy too.
