Thanks for posting the photo of our new ship. We have some boxes going out in the next 2 weeks for Christmas. We need to plan about 6 weeks in advance for our stuff to get to the troops. I have been picking up Halloween candy like crazy for the soldiers. For many, this is their first Christmas away from their families.

Hello everyone. Just dropping by to say hello. The schools are having parent conference week, so the kids are home early.

I suppose you all already know this. There was an arrest in Richmond VA. and the impounding of a white mini van. They took 2 men into custody. What if they got the snipers?? WOO HOO! That would be great.

Rush is saying that Gray (out) Davis and the Republican Simon are tied in the polls, with Simon slightly ahead in the California Governor's race. Gee, I hope so.

And then there's this:

Former President Bill Clinton is introduced during the 10th Anniversary of the Arkansas Black Hall of Fame dinner, Saturday, Oct. 19, 2002, in Little Rock, Ark. Clinton was inducted into the Arkansas Black Hall of Fame Saturday night. (Clinton, the first black president.)
