In order that we might all raise the level of discourse and expand our language abilities, here is the daily post of “word for the day”. Rules: Everyone must leave a post using the “word of the day”; in a sentence. The sentence must, in some way, relate to the news of the day. The Review threads are linked for your edification. ;-) Practice makes perfect.....post on....

After Groton, he would attend the Boston Museum of Fine Arts School, then settle in Paris, rent an atelier and paint.

I was wondering why you would wear a jacket at 50 degrees. Heck, I don't even do that (of course I wear a t-shirt all year round, so...)

and you're a new yawka? whew! I was afraid that you had other more lumberjackackay interests. I'd include a link, but the FR automatically adds FR stuff to my links, and I can't get outside. thank gawd!

going back to the wet bar for marterino numba five - or wuz it six?

Didn't Atelier Stevenson lose to Ike twice?

Yeah I remember him, Loney. I watched the campaign on my grandmother's 12 inch black and white RCA TV set in '56. Jesus himself couldn't have beat Eisenhower in '56.

I write those you know........

Well....

Moose antlers are a little less expensive here in Montana but not much. Elk antlers are pretty cheap, though. I can get you a great deal on a fox fur vest up in Lincoln, MT (former home of the Unabomber.)

I'd like to get a nice set of moose ateliers. since i bought some land in ME last month, there's supposed to be plenty of moose (meese?) up there. I'll have to go traipsing around up there and find some for myself.

what are moose ateliers going for up there?
