The best way to get many current members of Congress to see the egress is for us to stick together.

And I'm resisting the temptation to make a further joke.

It would appear that this is a tacit endorsement of Homosexuality

in what the awards committee said was a criticism of current U.S. policy and "a kick in the leg" to those following the same line.

So, basically they are saying they gave it to him for sticking it up the @$$ of a Republican president.

Indeed it can not be a coincedence that given the treatment of the taxpayers, that word carries those meanings.
