When there is moral rot within a nation, its government topples easily; but with honest, sensible leaders there is stability. Proverbs 28:2
I couldn't remember which state was home to you.
What is this perv doing with kids in his house? Is he a registered sex-offender, a la Megan's Law?
Sounds like those kids need some shock therapy lock-up time, before they graduate to G*d knows what level of criminality/thuggery or worse. The very best of luck to you and your friend.
Where's child protective services in all this mess?

I live in Pennsylvania, the town I live in is called Indiana. I don't think my state has an online registry for sex offenders. Thanks for trying to help.

Well nutz. It looks as though PA is not up to speed with their criminals. If you have nothing else to do with your afternoon, see if the perv has gone to IN for some thrills. ;-)

There's always a civil suit for assault and battery against the boy and his parents, but it really shouldn't have to come to that. The state police are dead wrong if they think they can't take a complaint on this matter, and the veiled threat to arrest the 10-year-old is unconscionable. I'd enlist the aid of my state reps and the media, if necessary.
To: mountaineer
They did not want to take the complaint, that's the problem. My dad still has contact with many in the law enforcement circles, and this is not the first story of them not wanting to bother with this kind of thing. If it was a fight between two kids of the same age, maybe. But two 15 year olds against a 10 year old? His nose was bloodied by the way.
I am very pro law enforcement, but this sickens me.
My friend mentioned involving the media, and she might be willing to go to court.

I'm still wanting to nail the father - is there a mother in the household, and if so, what's going on with her?

More "parenting" insanity:
LAS CRUCES, N.M. (Reuters) - The mother of a 10-year-old girl who beat her four-year-old brother to death on the instructions of their stepfather was arrested for watching television during the incident, officials said on Saturday. full story.

Looks like beatings should be the order of the day:
MONTGOMERY, Ala. Two teenagers were sentenced Friday to more than 20 years in prison for the random slaying of the grandson of a civil rights pioneer.

Africa is not to be left out of the fray:
On that Saturday, according to Chronicle investigation, the youth became aggrieved and matched straight to the acting chairmans house to demand his blood, but fortunately, he was not there.
As a hungry man is an angry man they diverted their anger on the wife of the chairman and beat her up.

A.J. Davis-DeFeo, public policy coordinator for the gay and lesbian center in Hillcrest, said the center is organizing an anti-hate rally and march Friday in response to the attacks. It's scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. Oh yeah, that will really put the fear of God into those thugs. Sounds like members of the homosexual community should think about forming a branch of the Pink Pistols. That would make someone think twice before jumping them in the park!

Where ever do you find this stuff?
I listened to most of it, but was distracted by a SUI touchdown against the Huskers. 26-7, Cyclones in the 3rd.
If the Clones win this game, Iowa will run out of beer tonite, what with the Hawks win in Happy Valley earlier today. Combines veered of the lead row during the overtime.
