So what's all this talk from some? "Now that we'll go in for inspections there's no need for war with Iraq."

I for one don't want war with anyone, live and let live. But why don't the appeasers see the truth? We don't have a choice and allowing inspections isn't going to do squat.

That would be why President Bush never mentions inspections as any sort of reason not to take out Saddam.

Hey look! It's the stealth version of "See No Evil, Hear No Evil, and I'm not going to believe there's Evil" right behind President Bush.
They don't look happy at all do they?

They have met way above their match! God Bless President Bush!

Believe it or not nobody has posted the text of these remarks, so I did. Sorry for the length, but dammit it's worth it!

Thanks, I couldn't resist. Figuring also that appeasers are probably looking for a quick buck, that's the only way they'll read this speech. :-)

Looks like Iraq needs to do at least seven things (the paragraphs starting with, "If the Iraqi regime wishes peace"), not just send Kofi Annan a bullcrap letter saying inspectors may enter for yet another guided tour of canned fruit factories, or whatever they show them instead of nuclear development laboratories.

Just great (NOT!):

(Washington Post)The D.C. jail erroneously released four inmates during a six-day period last month, among them a student from Pakistan who threatened to kill President Bush a week after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks and who should have been delivered to federal authorities for a deportation proceeding.

Good grief. Let's put that outstanding DC Metro Police force on the investigation.

I'd like to thank the NY Post's Page Six for answering my query from the other day:

. CHELSEA Clinton, who is living with boyfriend Ian Klaus at London Terrace, returning from her gym "in a gray T-shirt and her mother's hips," meowed one Chelsea muscle boy . . .

And what's dear ol' dad up to?

BILL Clinton was careful to keep a three-foot distance between himself and lovely blonde Belinda Stronach as they exited the Four Seasons hotel in Toronto. But it didn't stop photographers from snapping their picture, especially when Clinton gave her a peck on the cheek before she got into her car. Stronach, chairman of the Decoma International auto parts company, and Bill were both guests at the birthday party for country singer Ronnie Hawkins, just out of the hospital following cancer surgery.

She could be Ol' Crusty's little sister, right down to the smug, somewhat arrogant expression on her face. I guess Bill likes that.

Morning there - reminds me of someone saying that the PIAPS is losing her voters with each detention and arrest in the WOT.

Did ya all see this? WOW! This is freightening!

Reeve Blames Church, Bush for Research Obstruction

(snip) The actor, who found film fame as "Superman," told Britain's Guardian newspaper the Bush Administration had caved in on the issue of embryonic stem cell research after the Catholic church expressed opposition to cloning.

"If we'd had full government support, full government funding for aggressive research using embryonic stem cells from the moment they were first isolated, at the University of Wisconsin in the winter of 1998 -- I don't think it unreasonable to speculate that we might be in human trials by now."
