In the near east & farther east, it's already 9/11. sigh........... If I remember the time zones right, Afghanistan is 10 1/2 hours later than New York. That would mean September 11 there is in about 10 minutes.

We went to a baseball game a number of years ago ... Ripken hit a homer and I saw it was headed directly towards us ... and my boy in particular ... so I ... threw myself over him to prevent him from getting hit ...
