I haven't bought the National Enquirer but have learned that the FBI is criticizing SLC PD for its emphasis on Ricci as the perp, and not expanding their investigation - that the FBI WILL find the person responsible for Elizabeth's abduction/kidnapping.

Is this in the NE?
