That is so neat! May I ask, how many pounds are you targeting? My husband only needs to lose about 10. But its cholesterol and bp which also need improvement.
Let's just say...I was 126 pounds and 5' 5" in 1985. It's been uphill since. :-) I will be on the diet longer than your Hubby. :-)
The important thing is that mentally and physically I feel stronger....more alert..more me. The carbs were making me feel sluggish.
