On Thursday, al-Jazeera will broadcast an interview with two of The Evil One's top aides - men with a $25 million price tag on their heads from Washington. Canada has announced they will not support a United States pre-emptive strike on Iraq as a coup de main.

Around the clock combat air patrols have resumed over New York City and Washington, DC. Meanwhile, US intelligence organizations have picked up increased "chatter" among known Al Qa'eda operatives.

Elsewhere, the mid-Atlantic states of North Carolina, Virginia, and Maryland should begin preparations for a visit by Tropical Storm Gustav.
