I'm going to talk to my friend at church, and see if she has any helpful stuff I can pass on to you...
On the way back, I stopped by the Aimes Academy Culinary School. I'm thinking about starting in January, if I'm in country. They made it very clear that, while they do not allow absences, if I was in the middle of the course, and was called up for deployment, that they would make arrangements for me to pick back up where I left off. I thought it was nice that a cooking school was that supportive of our troops.
