"How to Speak Dog" ....(illstillbe.....I love it that the author owns a Cavalier!)

"Gorgiana, Duchess of Devonshire" ....a Miss Marple reccomendation
"Final Dawn over Jerusalem" .....gc, weren't you talking about this one?
It wasn't until later in the day, that it dawned on me that all of these books I had ordered because of what I had read on ATRW!
I enjoyed the Georgiana book quite a bit.
And you will, too, because of the discussion of the politics of the time she lived: quite wild, and Georgiana was immersed in it.
Red Rabbit by Tom Clancy
What Went Wrong: Western Impact and Middle Eastern Response by Bernard Lewis
Unix System Administration Handbook, 3rd edition
The Veteran: Five Heart-Stopping Stories To Cut a Long Story Shortby Frederick Forsyth
I do love Clancy's books, I've heard some good things about it. Frederick Forsyth is another of my favorite authors, he has retired from writing now.
And I also visited Borders bookstore this evening and picked up a quilting magazine and a book called Way to Be! 9 Ways to Be Happy and Make Something of Your Life by Gordon B Hinckley, president of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I really enjoyed his last book Stand for Something , he has the ability to make you feel as if you can live a really good life, and gives some very good advice for doing so. It isn't deep theologically, and is also pretty non-denominational. As soon as I finish Way to Be!, I'll do a little book report on it.
So many books, so little time. :)
