We will not tire, we will not falter and we will not fail! [President Bush]
Good Morning!! Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
The Justice Department has annouced that, beginning September 11, 2002, thousands of foreign visitors, mostly from Mideast and Arab countries, will be fingerprinted and photographed at the border.
Back in June, it is now being revealed, Martha Stewart approached a House panel through an aide. She asked the Panel to issue a statement clearing her. The spokesman for the House Energy and Commerce Committee said they were "stunned."
There is a report circulating on Drudge that says the United States will, if necessary, seize Arab airports by force to allow an offensive against Iraq. Diplomatic sources, according to the Drudge report, say that Arab countries should take America's war preparations very seriously.
A high-ranking Administration official has confirmed the United States received reports yesterday from an unnamed foreign government that Al Qa'eda was planning to hit major United States targets. Some locations suggested were the Golden Gate Bridge, the Brooklyn Bridge, and a "major landmark" in Chicago. The official was careful to point out these were not confirmed "targets" but rather possibilities.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
Okay, Chair....Will start Thurs as originally planned....

MozartLover - Frostiana is by Virgil Thomson, and the setting we looked at was by another composer. Not sure if Stopping by the Woods... is part of the Thomson work ....Been ages since I looked at it.
illstille, Stopping.... was a choral piece for women's voices, accompanied by piano. Close harmony, and the piano part was very rich and lovely.
MozartLover, how is your son this a.m.???Prayers lifted for him,

Am going to visit a church friend who suddenly finds herself alone in a nursing home. Her very-ill husband is up in a Cleveland hospital with difficult-to-solve heart problems....
Sen. Jean Carnahan, Missouri Democrat, a widow who is seeking elective office for the first time in her own right, is trailing former Rep. James Talent. Critics say Mrs. Carnahan seems "lost in the Senate" and rarely gives interviews. An independent poll conducted this week for KSDK-TV News in St. Louis showed the senator running behind Mr. Talent by 6 percentage points.
Molly ...I missed Doc Sunday. Looking forward to the new season. For the life of me..I can't figure out why I seem to be hooked on Monk...on USA. He makes me nervous but in a humorous kind of way.
Dog, bummer...DMV..you have my sympathy.
Martha Stewart..........her face looks like flesh colored wax.
I want rain....now!!!!
My gosh... that's un-American!
Good Morning, Sir!
Did anyone hear Sean Hannity's radio program yesterday? He played Clinton's admission, at a convention in February, that Sudan had offered up Bin Laden, but in typical Clintoonese he said, "We had no legal cause to hold him." What a complete, and utter a$$!
Hey Deej... I see your Bucs won!
Mozie... Brett Favre playing safety yesterday in scrimmage?! >{?Good Morning all!
I have no idea how I did that!
It should read...
Good Morning All!
Honestly... I did have a cup of coffee this morning. (Maybe I'd better check the grounds!)
After watching The Fellowship of the Ring, I finally figured out where you got your screen name. Duh!
The next movie is going to be even better, which is saying a lot!
One of the episode's yesterday had Plankton, who runs the unsuccessful Chum Bucket cafe, trying to steal the Krabby Patty recipe from Krusty Krab's restaurant, where SpongeBob works as a fry cook. The justification was that HE should be the successful restauranteur because HE had a college degree! LOL!
Plankton snuck into SpongeBob's house and infiltrated his brain (Plankton is really tiny) and by the use of a COLLEGE EDUCATED plan controlled SpongeBob's movements, forcing him to steal a Crabby Patty and walk to Plankton's laboratory. SpongeBob won the day, because Plankton was too greedy and dived for the Krabby Patty, falling into the recipe analyzer machine, which analyzed him as 1% evil, 99% hot gas. Moral: greed and stealing are bad, loyalty and hard work are good.
I think this is actually a very good cartoon, and it is very, very funny.
That's the SpongeBob report for today! LOL!
Doc Sunday?
Monk?
What are those?
