I'm having a GREAT day, too. I bought a bottle of wine at the grocery store (along with a bunch of other stuff) and the checker carded me -- and Gabriel was with me, standing there with his mouth open. *L*
I said, "You can't be serious." But he made me show him my license anyway.
The guy must be blind, but I don't care, I'm going to feel good anyway. (Probably the secret to his success as a grocery checker.)
Shut up, Gabe. Gabe is now my little brother. *LOL*

Now thats customer service... That man has a future in sales. I was asked my birthday when buying cigerettes the other day, turns out it was a survey...

In other good news department, I have the closing on selling my house in Raleigh on Friday. Not making any money, but another headache off my back.

This is getting strange.. my retired, disabled mom just got a letter from the IRS asking her to work for them in January! She has been out of work for several years as a registered nurse because she can not stand for more than a few hours because of severe artheritis.

She is a reformed liberal feminist, and now has an "IN" at the IRS!

Was your mom looking for work? If a person must get a letter from the IRS, I'm sure that's one of the best they send.

She worked for the census in 1999-2000 and applied at the IRS over a year ago, but was turned down.

She never donated any money to Larry Klayman.... or anyone except the Catholic Church. LOL! But she has been saying Novena's for employment for the last two months.

She sold her house back in April at a MASSIVE profit. She has plenty of drugs to dull her leg pain. She just needs something to do that does not require standing erect (which most nursing jobs do).
