Cuz then I wouldn't be able to slap people like you in the mug when they say stupid things.
Tsk..tsk...you don't want to do that...or I would have to FILE charges...

It's the jumping to "conclusions" that really bothers me.
I watched a similar trial from FL no too long ago & the perp was obviously guilty from the git-go, yes, I'd have to say he was very "creepy" to look at. But I never once said anything cruel about they guy.
To: the Deejay
That was a very cruel thing to say about anyone. That's not cruel at all for someone that has sex on a little girl then kills her.
As a matter of fact, I would love to chop his head off myself if they would allow me. Besides ridding the world of a pile of scum, I'd like to see the look on your face when his head goes KERPLUNK into the wicker basket.

So, you're completely WRONG. We have no wicker baskets with heads falling into them in this country. I think you are confusing us with your country.

I don't give a crap who the hell you are, or who you think you are (or who you claim to be). All I know is that you are adept at making dumb comments and you don't impress me .... in the least.

I have read and re-read three times your posting and am unable to see from your use of bolding, caps, italics on the the jury instructions, and your little statement that follows, what exactly you are arguing, what premise you are arguing against, what logic drives to a conclusion, and at the end what conclusion you are making besides whining. Perhaps you should start from scratch and try again, give it some time for review before posting though. No sense risking embarrassment, if you have some point you are trying to make you haven't done it justice yet, and a second miscue might kill any chance you have of getting that point across to people with other things to do.

ASH ALERT when we need him!
Just when we think we got rid of the idiots, here comes new ones.
PLEASE, OH GOD, SEND US AN IGNORE BUTTON!
To: the Deejay
We have no wicker baskets... Well than I suggest all you paintywaists who are so troubled by posters making "cruel" comments about child predators get to the business of weaving them.

One could attribute your bad behavior as to having a bad week or day, but I do think you're the same every day.

The "Report Abuse" button is looking mighty tempting.

I'm picturing a treadjackal wrapped with a belt of firecrackers like a Palestinian High School student at Commencement ceremonies.

I like your typo, "treadjackal". Cause that's exactly what they do. Come in here and tread all over the place and then leave their filthy mess behind.
To: the Deejay
You know, I have to agree with you.

I'm getting sick & tired of the lynch mob types. I've ignored them and tolerated them, but my patience has just about run out.......Completely at this stage.

How many trials have you all known that the jury diliberated over the weekend?

Here is something I found regarding circumstantial evidence... I realize I'm running well behind in this thread, but I still want to say that I think that was a particularly excellent post. Very good example, clearly written.

It's Emeddded Inc....It would seem like some kind of software company. Sort of. Embedded systems is the EE/CE buzz term for the middle ground in processors and automation. Like the chips and software in your cell phone, or a modern washer and dryer. TVs and VCRs and the like have several embedded systems integrated into a larger system.
Very low-level(a counterintuitive term -- only the most advanced people understand low-level) programming AND real electrical engineering understanding. While the rest of the programming world is struggling, these guys are raking it in.
Very little competition at that level of expertise.
The field is an example of something that I reacll from school -- some EE profs sneering at computer science. EEs invented computers, and computer science is the only "science" whose sole purpose is to study something created by men from another science.
Computer science people don't do embedded. That's an electrical engineering field.
