Thanks, I'm looking at the few pics I took.
We got to the airport with an hour to spare -- all the really bad traffic jams were going (or not going) in the other direction on the freeway, so we had pretty smooth sailing up there. We stopped at a Sonic drive-in for burgers and peach cream pie milkshakes on the way back. Both of the boys visiting have never been beyond the Pacific coast states, so everything Texas is all new to them.

OK .. stupid question time .. what is peach cream pie milkshakes??
It sounds good .. but I have never heard of it

Normally I won't even turn on CNN but it was kinda fun watching Ann mop the floor with Begalla and that moron, Julian Epstein.

I love their peach flurries, but they told me today that that was a summer thing and that they were out of peaches.
To: Mo1
*LOL* They are all 15 - going to be high school sophomores this year.

It was off of the menu at Sonic, but I asked if we could have peach cream pie milkshakes, and they said they were still available, so we got them.

The boys are on the courthouse steps here, too -- they don't look so goofy at a great distance.

Well, I'm off to bed. I have to get up at 4. See y'all later. Goodnight.
To: ValerieUSA

G'night liberty.
With Garrett's rusty red hair, the bleachy stuff would look extra dumb. Luckily he likes short hair and it grows fast, so if he does it, I won't have to look at it for too long and I don't think he would do it a second time.

Yeah, me too....sort of weird because i was listening to the racing channel a lot of Sunday afternoon and evenintg (I had it on, anyways)...and I don't recall them mentioning this at all....and they are usually pretty timely on the news in horse racing.

Mo, dear....as I told my girls when they were growing up....they were both talented....just in different directions...both of which I could respect and admire!
Goodness knows, everyone here can attest to your ingenuity with the written word. And, Mo, dear gal....not everyone can pull off the 'bitemyass' comment with the aplomp with which you do it! :)
We all love ya, girl!
