Plus, just as an aside, what is basis for the snobbery on FR wherein people look down on those who have more recently joined the forum? I mean really, what is the reasoning? Jen, I've been a member longer than most of the posters on this thread and I honestly do not know what these people are talking about. From my time at FreeRepublic a disruptor is usually a liberal who joins just so that they can disrupt a debate on a conservative issue. Often times they are exposed by a member who notices that they have only joined that day or just recently. It certainly doesn't apply to you. Please keep posting and ignore the snobbery.

actually , I have been on Free Republic for several years, except under a differant name...which I forget now but I suppose I could look up....got disgusted at some things and left but not for long..
I was here way back in the early Drudge days...the quidam day..the Deep in the Huntgren forest days, and the tsunami days....remember Iowa Hawk....he was great...
I even went to the dinner in Wash. DC several years ago with my dtr and sat with freepers from Virginia....that night. Jim robb and Lucianne actually sat at the same table....lol....that was a great evening...think it was at the HIlton....anyone who went can remember that we got Anne Coutlters first book on our chairs....
so I have been here a long time....there has always been a lot of in fighting but mostly not childish....mostly done on theories and beliefs...not personal vendettas....
