Yes weve had this discussion. I maintain that Ricci's lawyer would be raising hell if they were letting his client twist in the wind for no good reason.

His lawyer doesn't seem like much of a hell raiser. He was not exactly a bundle of righteous energy. He's probably looking at no (or at best a nominal) fee, and zero glory in this case.

Police have made it clear they have evidence Ricci is involved in the kidnapping and they want the guy that picked him up from Moul's garage on Jun 8. They are very anxious to speak with him and probably believe he's the guy that went in the house. Again, I can't imagine they don't know who he is, Ricci has a limited reportoire of partners in crime, maybe he has disappeared?
