We will not tire, we will not falter and we will not fail! [President Bush]
Good Morning!! Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
Senator LIEberman, apparently the best the people of the State of Connecticut could send to Congress, said he would call former Treasury Secretary Rubin to testify before his Committee, "if he could shed light on the Enron collapse."
Meanwhile, the Justice Department has opened a probe into the accounting practices of AOL.
For accepting gifts from a businessman he then assisted, Senator Torricelli was "severely admonished." For those not familiar with the process, that means the Torch was told he was a very bad boy and shouldn't do that again.
Secretary Rumsfeld says airstrikes alone will not get the job done as far as removing Iraqi WMDs are concerned. He said that because of spys providing information to the Russians (he didn't mention by name, but Hansen comes to mind) that was then passed to other nations for a fee, the Iraqis now know how we look for things and can hide their activities all the better.
Other US officials promised Congress there would be no "October Surprise," saying it would take until early next year to finish preparations for war against Iraq.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

LOL...I think we should chip in and send him to some Dale Carnegie classes. Been there, done that. It was 12 weeks of hell. I'd gladly pay for him to go, just to have him gone for 12 weeks.

You're right, Nita, he has sniffed out information I would never find. Thank you, Doggie.
To: lysander13135
Hope they can find out who leaked the info to the guy for him to run, most likely a clinton hangeron, don't trust these jokers.
By the way, J Jackson just gave us some words of wisdom on his meeting with Arafat, now it is time for Al baby, Al Sharpton, to go and do his thing, he can't be outdone by J Jackson can he?

Back from the pool! I see Jemian had a live discussion over on the cable box thread.
You know, people mock George Bush for "compassionate conservatism" and they wonder why more people don't flock to the conservative cause!
Could it be because we have a certain number of people here who make Mr. Scrooge seem like Santa Claus? Jeeminy Christmas!
Then you go to the immigration threads and there is nothing but nasty comments, instead of constructive ideas. And of course, I had to read the nasty comments on the President's Press briefing with the cabinet...you know, how we have no bill of rights anymore and how he isn't a conservative ....yada, yada, yada.
I swear some of these people got a book from Terry McAuliffe called "How to Sound Like a Conservative in 12 Easy Phrases."

I agree...
just had an M&M and a bite of chocalate. Now i want a chocalate covered pretzel.....sigh.
To: Holding Our Breath
Actually, I am a very soft-spoken person. However, those two clowns on the thread Jemian was on ticked me off by being inhumane jerks worthy of Darwin Awards for their idiotic posts, so I told them to eat my dirt.
Other than that, I'm just a plain old softie. ;-)

You truly are the type of softy we like ot have around. Quiet, but loyal. Kinda like a German Shepherd dog who takes care of his/her household but is real docile outside of their territory! Truly a joy!

DJ, how about dope smokin'? Or dope eating, he ate canabis laced cookies.

And what is going to happen to those medals? Because it WAS the French medal for one for the Russians!

JJ called the recent Hamas bombing a disappointment. Actually ,JJ, getting cut from the basketball team or cheerleading squad is a disappointment. This act is an atrocity.

Glad to hear you're OK. Those were some BIG storms.
Still around 3000 in town w/o power, last I heard.

Where am I? Why, I was gonna stay home but got a touch warm, so thought I'd come over and soak up some AC 'till they close up shop.
Anyone hear Rush play that bit with Torrisilly vehemently denying he took anything from Chang interspersed with Chang's lawyer reading from that rather considerable list of gifts and 14-odd envelopes of cash delivered to Torricelli's house? What a riot!
And speaking of sex, among the items on that list were a pair of diamond earrings for his girlfriend. Anybody know if the Torch is married or not?
When it comes to democrats, the louder they protest their innocense the more guilty they are--rule of thumb #1.
And now to an old favorite issue--the pinkos in Congress...
Before I was gone we had found the Progressive caucus website hidden on a government server, and I just thought to check it out--it's still there! What a surprise, though it is apparently not linked directly from his page, a search on his website's engine has turned it up here:
http://bernie.house.gov/pc/
Most interesting is the blurb at the bottom, and I quote:
"Welcome to the Congressional Progressive Caucus website. Please contact Congressman Dennis Kucinich's office with any questions regarding the Progressive Caucus."
Guess Bernie's too busy to minister to his legions of darkness or something, eh? To hell with the whole bunch of them! ;)

He is NOT married W...he has been known to have a few high profile girlfriends...one of which was Ron Perlman's(???) wife or soon to be ex-wife who was involved in a VERY HIGH PROFILE divorce/custody hearing in NYC....it hit all the major SNOOZE PAPERS in the NY Metro area.

Thank you. Apparantly, the two people on that thread don't think the same way you do. That's okay, they're just suffering from post-Clinton Traumatic Stress Syndrome. ;-)
Till....I'll add those two to the list. ;-)
