Okay, here is what I was told about the news in Baton Rouge.

"The body they found today doesn't look like a homicide. Also, they are reporting that a murder victim from 1997 lived only four doors down from one of the 3 victims that are linked. So looks like it has been going on since 97. There are many more than 3 women. We have alot of women that have been murdered here in the past few years with no clues."

On that note, I've gotta shut this thing down....I've been trying to catch up on correspondence when I really don't feel like writing!

And cousin just sent a link to a website that has my husband's line going back tot he 1600s....and the airhead who filled some of it in is as screwed up as a corkscrew!!! [Story: this niece is such an airhead--when she was engaged, I threw a bridal shower party; she would call me every day to see who had RSVP'd; and wound up calling all those who did't or couldn't come to say she'd be happy to swing by and pick up her wedding present!!!]

Sheesh.....I'm gonna email her tomorrow to get it straightened out--I was NOT his first wife, nor did we have a CHILD--based on the heritability of the disease he had, I am thankful for that, though I really wanted a baby. My kids were on our butts all the time to have a baby--they wanted a brother--of course, the oldest one suggested we could adopt one--about 3 years older than her, blonde, blue-eyed, athletic, great personality, intelligent, yada yada!!!

Yep it is pretty bad out there .. I had Carly out in the backyard with me and she was soaked from sweating .. we were only out there for 10 minutes

... and I was soaked from sweating at my computer in the house. *L* That's history now - the house is cooling off... down to 74 now. I think I'll be able to sleep... thanks to the new A/C and the late great bottle of white zin. *L*

Another kid has disappeared, a 6 year old boy in Venice, California. Just reported on Fox. This is past getting old.

Imagine if they ever prove irrefutably that there is no fag "gay" gene. I believe that will be the case. Something that is seldom mentioned in these discussions it seems is the fact that God calls homosexuality a sin, an abomination. Now that, for me, is enough because the nature of God is NOT to make us in such a way that we have to commit certain sins because it is in our genes. That is as ludicrous as saying that it is a sin to be a blonde or to be black. In the past, scientific discovery has always confirmed what the scriptures said and I am certain that will be the case with homosexuality and genetics.

This kind of liberal media lie really burns me. The job of the "news" is to inform us of the FACTS. Instead, they promote an agenda, and like it or not, the majority of Americans do not bother to research for themselves, or spend hours on sites like FR, and really, they shouldn't have to. We should be able to depend on media to be finders and reporters of FACTS, not fairytales. I know that we have a free "press" but isn't exercising their freedom by blatant lying just as bad as a government controlled media telling the people lies? It isn't just irresponsible; it is evil.
