Hey Mom! The garbage man just drove by our house - the garbage can wasn't put out. I'll take it out now.

Despite my "reminders" and watching the garbage truck stop at all the neighbors, it still didn't occur to them to take out the garbage until after he drove past our house.
That hasn't happened again. I may have bruised their self-esteem, though.

These people are fighting the school superintendant over something. They have decided to call for a boycott of a shopping mall as a way to force the superintendant to change his mind.

The fool girl who is spokesman was on the radio today and said that lots of stores there were members of the Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber of Commerce tells the School Superintendant what to do.

This is one of the most nonsensical things I have ever seen in my life. I haven't posted the article on FR, because I am ashamed to live within 100 miles of people this stupid

Katrice Williams, a rising sophomore at Hillside, read a statement from the group, which formed in response to Superintendent Ann Denlinger’s decision to replace Hillside Principal Henry Pankey and to require staff members to reapply for their jobs at the historically black high school.
