try this as fast as you can:
I'm not a fig plucker nor a fig pluckers son,
But I'll pick figs til the fig plucker comes.OK, here goes...
I'm not a pheasant plucker,
nor a pheasant plucker's son
I just pluck the pheasants
until the pheasant plucker comes
How'd I do???

I must tell you that the vanilla ice cream I confessed to eating tonight is sugar-free and low fat. It tasted good in spite of that.

Wouldn't it be nice to have all those little changes made be fore you move in? Can't always do that and the tear up process is a drain until it is finished. But then things look so nice and you just wanna stand there and admire it all. You are going to have to post your before and after pictures of your house and the pfojects.

I have yet to see a textbok on anything aproved by the leg that wasn't nearly useless. Most private schools starting with the 7th grade switch to college texts.I rarely read my text books. Just used them for the assigned exercises. Got by fine just taking notes in class and listening.

Just be careful about how much of that sugar free ice cream you down at one time. If it has sorbitol for the sweetner..it can make you run to the loo a lot if you eat too much...

I can't accept a B on plaigered material...

I'd love to have the kitchen updated before I move in, but that isn't going to happen. Just have to do it a little at a time. The most important things are getting rid of the bamboo before it grows through the walls, the the two trees before the roots get into the foundation. Then there is stuff like leaky faucets (I'm asking that those things be repaired before closing, but they probably won't go for that), and the exterior window trim needs paint, just stuff like that. The trellis cover on the patio needs water seal, and probably some of the wood needs replaced. Just a lot of little fix-ups. The place is a loooong way from being a dump, just needs a little sprucing up.

My kids carry tons of textbooks around in their backpacks every school day -- don't know if they ever open them.

It's sweetened with aspartame, and I still won't hog down on it, because it isn't calorie free. It's good, but not as good as the high fat stuff (tee hee).

Your picture of the house was really nice.
My girlfriend in Ill just redid her kitchen in her house that is 100 years old. Earlier last year they redid the windows. Now Sue has a new kitchen. They gutted the whole thing, new cabinets, new ceiling, new counter tops, amana cooktop and microwave, Fisher Payekl dishwasher, the reefer was already new... new flooring..I can't wait to see how she did it. She kept it " old fashioned" in keeping with the age of the house and the personality of it. That house has the original lights in the ceiling ( rewired of course) and it just has so much personality..
Your house will have your personality as soon as you are in. Oh you'll have to show us your flowers come spring...we are all so excited for you..

LOL. I had more trouble saying yours than I did with CeeGee's

I didn't see 38's house. She has a picture somewhere?

Boy that is the truth. I have not had much of the sweet stuff either but tonite ( well for the last few days) I had a real craving for something not only sweet but chocolate. So I whipped up a batch of homemade, from scratch brownies. But since I try to watch it and the hubby is a diabetic, I'll just freeze the rest. It will be handy when we have house guests which we expect in August...

You might be thinking of LisaAnne's house. I didn't post a picture of mine - I don't have a good one. I have a photo from the real estate listing flyer, and mostly what you see is the garage and the shrubs in the front. eeh. I took photos in the back, showing the open space, but didn't get any of the front, the sun was right behind the house, and glaring in my lens. I'll try later.
